Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on the product purchased. Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

During product launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.​

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will gladly assist you in contacting the carrier to help resolve the issue.
